I used this rig for the first time yesterday at a wedding shoot and the only appropriate word is MAGICAL.
Compared to my old Indian made flycam there is simply no contest.

My unit performed beautifully..no nasty surprises, smooth as silk and maintains perfect balance. I am most satisfied with the build quality and more importantly the performance.
