Built-in stabiliser + stabilizer

Hi, suppose i buy a camcorder with a decent built-in ois stabilise system: pa he new Panasonic AG-AC90, put it on a handheld stabiliser....will this further "improve" the smoothness, non-shaky glide?
Or will it be the oppposite? Or none improvement? Or ...?
Ayone tried this method?

thanks

Re: Built-in stabiliser + stabilizer

Most definitely.

The AC90 has been praised for its stabilization so would be perfect with an additional shoulder mount so to speak.
