Excellent Magiqcam service!

Hello all,

I recently had an outdoor night shoot where I was forced to don my series II rig in less than ideal lighting conditions.

As a result, I did not properly seat the arm into the socket block and when I picked up the sled, the arm levered the top bearing out of the socket, destroying it in the process.

However, as a testament to the design quality of the rig, I was still able to complete the shoot with no problem, using only the bottom bearing.

I emailed John about my screw up and he said to just send him the socket block for repair, no charge!

So I shipped it out and got it back in just one week.

Kudos to John Gardner on his excellent rig and fantastic customer service!
