Steadicam for 5d
It ain't real pretty, but it sure works and for under $20. needs alittle refinement but a guy doesn't use a steadicam all of the time, I also built a fig rig out of pvc and it works well too.

Do you have a picture of the "fig-rig"?
What size PVC did you use? 1" schedule 40 or maybe 3/4", 1" schedule 80? How did you mount the camera? a 3/4" bolt through the pvc with a washer between the pvc and camera? or something else. How did you make the mount stable? Thanks! |

here it is, I used part of a shoulder mount for the mounting, believe the measurements are linked here on page, it does work very well, however I sold my V1 which I used it for, probably wpek for 5d also
