I have to say, the customer support dealing with steadicam repairs, is unrivaled. Michael Craigs is a pleasure to deal with!!
It's hard to find such good customer support these days. |

Ive had the same from James Elias in the UK.
NEeded a new mounting plate and had it in days. The gimble needs re-balancing and they will do this for me friday. Superb!
