Vertigo?
I have a shot coming up with a good deal of steadicam shots so I have been putting in a lot of practice. Lately however, once I am done I get pretty bad motion sickness for an hour or so. This is new to me I havent had this problem before and it doesn't happen while I'm shooting just after. Does anyone else have this problem? any tips?

Drinking any alcohol during breaks? J/K!!!!
Is it possible you are having an inner ear issue due to springtime allergies? Are you only experiencing the vertigo after operating the steadicam or are there other activities after which you have the same symptons? |

I would see a doctor first just to rule out anything other than steadicam related
