Using a glidecam

Can anyone recommend an online resource for properly using a glidecam 3000?

*sigh* I'm working on my video--jeez, multiple posts today alone on just this subject! I'm moving as fast as I can, believe me. Also, Glidecam are producing their own videos. If you can hold on a few months, there will be several options available.
