Steady/Glide Cam Pod? Who makes or made this?

To me it looks like its 100% home built. It appears to be modeled after our 4000 Pro series (the base has the same sort of shape to it). It does not appear to be a modification of a Glidecam rig, the gimbal, handle, base, and head (pretty much the entire package) look to be home made. Therefore I could not vouch for its stability.
