Steadicam Pilot & Manfrotto 501 Plate

Hey DVi,

I am trying to determine how to use my Manfrotto 501 quick release plate with my Steadicam Pilot, so that I can move my camera back between the tripod and Steadicam w/o switching plates. Has anyone done this? If so, can you please help me with the part #'s I need to order?

Thanks,
Mike

Bogen QR577-mount the bottom plate to the stage plate of the pilot - keep the camera plate as an extra-switch away. BTW, the 77is around $50-55.
