First attempt with a Merlin

Hey all,

Got a Merlin and a HV30 and had a chance to try it out the other day at a wedding (with a second videographer there to cover). If you have the patience to check it out, I would appreciate any tips or hints to correct my technique:

I guess the thing I found the hardest was keeping it front/back level on starts and stops, and level sideways when trying to move around a subject. Perhaps part of it is the light camera, I don't know, but I'm sure most of it is just inexperience. I think I practiced about 5 minutes before this, which isn't much...

Thanks a million.
