Neutral balance?
What does neutral balance mean exactly? Is it the same as slight bottom heavy?

It means perfectly balanced in all axis - including vertically.
The result is that instead of (swinging to and) hanging upright when released, the sled simply remains at whatever angle you set it at. - Mikko
