FYI: Interesting use.
I was at a trade show last week and saw someone riding around the floor on a Segway with a Canon camera and what appeared to be part of a Glidecam or some similar device strapped to it. Couldn't get up close to get a good look, and had no chance to see the footage, but it struck me as an inventive, if expensive, dolly system. Had a chance to speak to the owner for about 60 secs. Seems intentions are to develop it further. Wish I could have seen the footage, i.e. how stable the picture was.
Anyone ever try this before?
