Chest Mount for camera? at DVinfo.net

Anyone have and photos of a diy chest mount that the actor would wear with the camera facing their face. Needs to be very secure because its for frantic running shots. Ive seen it used in Requiem for a Dream and now the recent Apocalypto. Its for a music video Im going to be shooting and was wondering if anyone had any economic way.

I was thinking of basically finding some plywood or hard plastic and mounting brackets, putting some cushion on one side and then strapping it to the actor, I want to make something thats fairly nice so i can reuse for future things.
