Making Dolly - Don't what this part is?

I'm trying to make a dolly, I'm doing it out of pvc pipes, and currently i'm using simple caster wheels (no top swivel bearing), but i found this picture somehow, it had no page, and these orange things it's using for wheels would make things easier... but i don't knwo what they are...

does anyone have a clue? or something similar?

Hello Ed,

I bought a couple of similar shapes some years ago to make a threadmill for a biker. Similar rollers are used for boattrailers. Disadvantage is that they are manufactured in this way that there is a "glue-line" involved so you will have to cast or sand them.

Hope it helps,
