Histogram Exposure
Hi, I've had my FS5 for about a week now and experimenting on getting the best exposure.
I think the histogram is really useful as when it goes over 100 it has a darker black section on the right, so it can tell you when you are over 100 IRE. (I'm checking these figures withe the zebra line on the histogram.) That is with the ITU709 gamma with the Pro colour mode But when I switch to Cine 1 or 4 the histogram never goes above 100, no matter how far I turn the aperture. With Cine 2 it never goes past 90 Update - Whoops that's wrong, must have been because I was doing the tests in the evening! Last edited by Steve Browne; May 31st, 2016 at 05:13 PM. |
