Sony F3 and Angenieux 35-140 lens test
One of the joys of working in the film and tv industry is that from time to time you are able to testdrive various equipment. This film was shot using a Sony PMW-F3 camera and a 40 year old cine lens, the Angenieux 35-140. Quite a remarkable lens for it`s time.
The excerpt is from my coming project and was shot around my farm in the beautiful mountainous region of Sirdal in Norway. Last edited by Svein Rune Skilnand; March 12th, 2015 at 10:21 AM. |

Thank you, Bill.
Although the F3 was released a few years back it is still a very solid camera. It was shot on XDCam EX 35 mbps. |

Re: Sony F3 and Angenieux 35-140 lens test
old lens and an older camera and the images are lovely.
even at 420/8bit, the greens were soft and very pleasant. i'm not sure my fs100 420/8bit would have done as well. i'm often impressed by the f3. ymmv be well. rob smalltalk productions/nyc |
