Avid Symphony 5.5 and Firmware Ver 1.2
I did a shoot today with my F3 and the client is editing on Avid Symphony 5.5. They have the BPAV folders. Can anyone advise the proper workflow for this? I know there were some FCP issues with XDCAM software. I wanted to look into this before Friday AM when they go to import.
Thanks in advance, George |

If you want to work directly with the XDCAM media you'll need to use AMA to link to the drive or folder. The AMA plugin should be on the Sony site, PDZK-MA2.

Thanks Alister, that's what I thought and I directed them to that AMA plug-in yesterday. Just checking for any known issues as well.
Looks like you have been a busy guy! Cheers, George |
