F3 PL mount removal diagram
This might help some others who don't own an F3 but end up working with one and coming across the same issue I had for 2 days, how the heck to remove the F3 PL mount that ships installed on the camera?
There are no instructions in the user manual for removal, and many other users have reported tighter than normal mounts causing the plastic non-replaceable "ears" to break off the breach lock. At least with this handy diagram you will at least be sure you removing it properly:
