AX700 menu at DVinfo.net

I have two AX700 camera's and when I reset to original spec (initialize), some menu items are greyed on one camera and lite (available) on the other camera. Otherwise, they operate as expected. For example: cam 1, in 'camera set' shows "WB Preset, WB Outdoor, and WB Temp set" as available, but cam 2 shows these selections as NOT available as well as ISO/GAIN SEL as not available.

Is there something I am missing?

Problem solved....

For those who may encounter this problem, be sure your 'auto/manual' switch is in manual.
