Taking the EX1 to a rodeo
So any suggestions as to setup for an indoor rodeo?
My nephew is riding at the 2nd annual Castle Rock Bull Challenge and I will be there with my EX1. |

Re: Taking the EX1 to a rodeo
Stabilizing shots at long end of zoom, is a challenge without a tripod or something.
Do a quick test and you'll see which modes provide the best performance in poor lighting. I've posted results of my own tests but to my memory, 720p24 is the best progressive without resorting to interlaced. Be ready to shoot at +6 gain. |

Hoping I will get the chance to use the tripod. So you think progressive not interlaced? I would like to shoot in 60P but afraid I will not have the light to do it.

Re: Taking the EX1 to a rodeo
Shooting 24p gives you the best in camera slo-mo using 60p in a 24fps recording for S&Q.
