still can't seem to figure it out, I tried on 3 other computers with usb3 and thunderbolt with same slow results.
I have been looking for the latest firmware for the pmw200 and have been having a tough time finding it, can someone direct me to the proper link please.

It's not firmware for the PMW200, it's a driver for MacOS.

yes, i have uninstalled and reinstalled this driver a few times on all 3 computers and the results are the same, very slow download.

And make sure that the latest drivers are installed for your thunderbolt expresscard adapter.
