Really Struggling. Can't update FW v. 1.2
To all;
For the last 4-hours I have been trying to update my PMW-200 Firmware to the V. 1.2 and so far have not been able to. NOJOY! I am really frustrated!! I have the latest Sony US version of the zip.file on my "Downloads" Window, I then "un-zip" and "Drag" the "SxS.bin" file to the "General Folder" on the 'SxS-1' card inserted into my SBAC-20 card reader (I know what a "Root" is, but there is nothing within the 'folder structure' that says, 'Root'.) I then "Eject" the card and insert it into the PMW-200 SxS card slot. I navigate to "Others" menu, scroll to "Version Up", and hi-lite "Execute". I then get an 'error message' that says, "Version Upgrade No File"! It shouldn't be this hard!! Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? Thank you in advance. J. |
