PMW-200: Picture Profiles & DOF for Indoor Interviews
Any picture profile suggestions for indoor interviews and how you might go about setting your depth of field?

Depth of field is depending on aperture and focal length. Ergo, there's no such thing as 'setting depth of field, I'm afraid. The longer the focal length and the wider the aperture, the shallower the depth of field and vice versa. So if you want a beuatiful shallow DOF, use a relatively long focal length and an aperture open as wide as practicable.

As Luc said, long focal length and get in as close to the subject as you can without causing discomfort or distirtion. when you're close, and at the long end of the lens, with the proper lighting and iris (apeture) setting you could probably kill off the DoF pretty nicely.
