locked files at DVinfo.net

17 inch MBP.. exp card slot.. 10.8.2 all drivers up to date..

If I put in a 32 GB SXS 1 type card which is locked,write protect.. all the files that come up in Content Browser are locked.. .(and were all locked with latest XDCAM Browser) the blue SXS Pro card when locked/write protect gives files that are not locked in Content Browser or XDCAM Browser

clicking off the protect tab before insertion into exp card slot files are un locked.. so not a big deal.. but I do remember when i first started using SXS cards the yellow type 1 cards the files on a locked card would not come up as locked in XDCAM browser..

any reason for this..?
