Youtaka PPR10 SxS Card reader
I purchased this on eBay and installed it today. I did have some issues in that my Win7 computer did not see the card at first. I installed the Sony SxS drivers and still no card reader. Switched the card to another slot and computer found the card as a Mass Storage Device. It now will see my Sony SxS cards.
I am able to hotswap using a little program called Hotswap. For some reason I can hotswap my 8gb and my 64gb but not my 16gb card. Haven't figured that one out but will continue to experiment with the unit. This unit did ship from overseas but I had it 5 days after I paid for it which totally surprised me. Don't know how they did it but it was delivered to my door and quick. Overall for $140/delivered I am quite impressed. Sony SXS PRO Card Reader (Support all Express Card) | eBay |

Hi Richard,
Where do you install the reader? Does it sit inside outside your computer and connect via the cable to the pci-e card? Or do you install inside the computer itself? Cheers, Mark |
