EX1R ever with 1080p 60, and S&Q for 1080p?
Is it possible (physically or otherwise) that SONY will give the EX1R a firmware update for things like 1080p 60 and S&Q for 1080?

Highly doubtful. Unlikely the camera has the right hardware for it.
