Projector

Need a projector for the EX1R anything but HDMI. Anyone know what kind of cable i would need?

The cable you need depends on what the projector supports. Your EX1r outputs component video using the cable that came with your camera (red, green, blue). Audio will come out of the headphone jack into the projector or sound system. You need to know what you are plugging into.

If the projector doesn't support component video, then you have to drop down to composite video which is another cable that came with your camera (yellow, red, white) and plugs into the A/V out port just under the Component. In that case, audio goes out over the red and white RCA jacks of that cable while video the yellow.

I can't recall if there's settings in your camera that turn some of those ports off so you should check that out ahead of time.
