Nika's view
Nika is a Macaw parrot who likes to check out the view of Hong Kong from her owners 46th floor apartment terrace. For some shots I used Century1.6 telephoto adaptor. Magic Bullet Looks for grade in FCP. The music is a short piece I composed for this footage.

Re: Nika's view
Some nice shots here and good use of time lapse filming. The music fits in well and you are very clever for composing it. However, I would have been more impressed if you could have got the Macaw to sing along with it. :-)
Great stuff.

Re: Nika's view
Jem, thanks for your comments. I used Apple Logic Pro to create music. Some of the sounds are from Spectrasonics Omnisphere virtual synth which works as a plugin in Logic.

"Some of the sounds are from Spectrasonics Omnisphere virtual synth which works as a plugin in Logic" HI Chris. I liked it and enjoyed the music too I have Omnisphere myself which I use with Cakewalk X1. You really captured the oriental sound. At first I thought it was the parot flying around out there. :-)

Re: Nika's view
Hi Gary, I'm sure the parrot would love to be flying around out there but she has to be content with watching. The flying bird is a Black Kite, a type of sea eagle. They're often seen above Victoria harbour in Hong Kong.
