Is 1080 30i Ok for Talking Heads?
I am about to purchase a Tricaster XD300 switcher which only allows recording in 720 60p and 1080 30i. I will be using an EX1 and up to 2 EX3s. And does shooting interlaced affect greenscreen keying?
Thanks |

30i would come out as 15 frames per second. Do you mean 60i? 60i would be fine for talking heads viewed but 30i would probably not be acceptable.

I have always had the best green screen results from Progressive frames, having said that, until I had the EX3 I always used interlaced footage with Canon cameras and got good results, although not as good as progressive.
