Hudson Dawn (New York Sunrise Timelapse)
Here is a quick clip of the sun rising over New York.
I'm in the US showing off my 3D rig. Got here last night, work up early due to jet lag so decided to shoot a couple of clips out of the hotel bedroom window. I used TLCS to limit the max gain to +6db and to switch in the shutter at f11. YouTube - New York Dawn

Like the composition, especially the way the sun wasn't FRONT AND CENTER. Were those digital zooms in post or were you also running your other camera? Also, was it the EX3 with stock lens? [EDIT: Found the answer on XDCAM-USER.com. "The video was shot with my trusty EX3 at 1 frame every second, sped up to x400 in FCP."]
