open clips with no metadata in clipbrowser

I'm trying to cut some xdcam footage in Avid MC. I've used the sony clip browser to rewrap my mp4 files to mxf files. One of my cards is missing the metadata, so basically I only have the CLPR folder inside the BPAV folder. I'm missing the TAKR folder, the CUEUP, and MEDIAPRO documents. Sony clip browser won't allow me access to the clips without these it would seem. I can drag them straight to a SONY VEGAS timeline, no problem, but I'm cutting on AVID. I really don't want to drag every clip to the vegas timeline, render out lossless, so I can get them into AVID. SUrely, there must be an easier way???

In ClipBrowser 2.6 use the Import feature to import the orphaned mp4. It should create a new BPAV for it.
