SXS Pro cards and Macbook Pro?
Just got a macbook pro 17" and it has a pci-express slot and thought I read somewhere that the SXS card could be read in this. I do not have the SXS cards here at the house, and don't want to just stick them in before trying to find out if they indeed will fit and not damage anything.
I have not found a pci adapter for the SXS card, I was hoping for a way to back up the cards with out having to use the SXS reader I have and need a power source. |

Thanks, I do not plan on deleting the files on a card while on location, but like the idea of being able to back them up and even edit if needed with out having to have a power supply.

It works great to backup files from SXS to a external Hard drive and not have to tie up your camera to do it.
