Showreel

Hi everyone,

I'm thinking of using this as a showreel to show my acting on imdb to back up my new short film. Most of this is the EX1 although not all.

Thank you Erik really appreciate that. Hope it's okay to post this. I've just completed a short film with a cast and crew. It's been an incredible amount of work and NOW entered into top tier festivals!

FIlmed in super 16mm with an Arri 3 and vision 3 film stock scanned to DPX files and edited in Vegas using a proxy before being finally cut and graded in After effects.

Please leave comments on the site if you can all of the cast and crew would really appreciate it!

What a hoot Mark,

Well done you show a lot of enthusiasm and have put a great deal of effort into your showreel. I like the various lighting techniques you have employed. I hope it brings you lots of work.

Just one thing that you could look into, and that is the quality of sound, your voice (I pressume it's yours) needs to be sharper, it sounds very muffled and not very clear at times.

Someone give Marks lots of money. You get to be the guy that jumped started Mark into the mainstream. Think of the bragging rights when he gets his first award!

LOL Mark, seeing how I mostly enjoy doing remakes I think you're more of a sure thing. Besides I would hate to turn a hobby into a job, sure way to ruin all the fun.

Okay. Someone want to produce my film with an already made, brilliant script. I'll make a complete animated storyboard but please let me direct and dont fire me.

Do you think that'l work?

Thanks Erik!
