EX1 unable to play back clips in-camera. Flashes tally.. at DVinfo.net

Found out today my EX1 cannot play back the clips i record. First i pressed "review clip" in camera-mode and it said MEDIA ERROR. When I switched to playback mode and try to play a clip the screen goes black (controls still showing) and the tally starts flashing. No clip playing. This is happening both with SxS cards and SD cards in the MxR adapter.

Anybody seen this?

Have you tried transferring the clips?

Try resetting camera to original settings. The manual tells you how. Then reformat an SxS card and if this still gives the same result.

If this happens on all media, even after formatting. You have a problem with your camera. Back to the dealer, I would say.
