slow motion playback
Hi there. Just needing to verify something.....on the ex-1, when you've set the camera to 50fps for slow motion replay, is it true that you can't view that footage back, in slow motion, in the camera?

No, when you review your shot it will play back slowed down. If you do a time lapse and review, it will display it as a you would expect a time lapse to look.
You set your camera to the speed you want your finished video to play say, 24fps and record slo-mo at 50fps, the play back will be a 24fps with the action slowed down. You can verify right in the field how they look because the camera is actually altering the number of frames it is recording to the card per second. It is real nice feature being able to review your slo-mo or time lapse shot right after you complete them. |
