EX350 Audio w/stock mic and shotgun at DVinfo.net

So far all of my shooting with the 350 has been no audio or the stock mic. I hooked up my Rode NTG-3 today to Channel 1 and seem to not understand the manual properly.

The stock stereo mic records properly but the shotgun in Channel is not recording. It is registering in the meter and I can monitor in the headphones but not mixed.

Stock mic is set to Channel 1/2 controls
Stereo

shotgun is plugged into channel 1 set to channel 3/4

Front is set to stereo

Channel 1/2 is SW

I know I am missing something. Thoughts? Happy to post more setting later when I am back.

Also a whole different problem with XDCAM transfer the audio is running high speed then cutting out. When I move to a project it is fine. Audio from Nano is fine.
