Memory Lapse

My ex1 has been gathering dust for 8 months (lens wouldn't focus, couldn't afford the fix) and just got it back from Sony. This is probably something very simple, but I have forgotten how to manually dial in Color (Kelvin) numbers. I've gotten used to the ease which this is executed with a 5D. Thanks.

dial in through picture profile

Go into picture profiles, white, and then you can set Preset to any temp.
