First Time Dealing with Sony Customer Service...
I had to find a part for my camera (someone lost a connector cover). So I found the part on their pro site and ordered it. I asked if I would be emailed an invoice and the CS rep said no but one would come with the part in the mail.
I just received the part and there is no price amounts on the invoice. I need this because that someone who lost the part needs a copy of it before $$ is forked over. Grr Sony...grr... |

Perhaps the part was supplied free.
That has happened before to me. Just a thought.
