1080/24P pull down
Just checking but from the manual it appears that the EX cameras do not introduce pull down when recording in 1080/24P HQ, only in SP mode.

Correct. in HQ (XDCAM) mode it's 23.98 native to the cards.
I can't imagine too many situations where one would want to use SP IMHO. |

Thanks Craig. That's what I thought but just wanted to confirm. I can't imagine shooting in SD either. The pictures I'm getting in HQ though are pretty stunning. I'll be shooting a movie next month in a 100 year old house with dark rich wood paneling. I can't wait to see how it reproduces the details of the wood work.
