Hi from Finland...
...and again about that EX3 wide-angle lens FUJINON XS8X4AS-XB8:

Does anybody already have any practical experience with it? Is it a good buy? Or does it show some drawbacks?

As far as back focus is concerned does the lens remember its flange settings or does it have to be re aligned each time. Conversely does the standard lens have to be re-aligned after using the wide angle?

I use it all the time and no issues at all works and looks great. As for changing back to standard lens, the camera remembers it as a file and switches automatically. Recognized by hot shoe in lens.
