Anything updated on early backfocus problems? at DVinfo.net

I've had my EX1s for more than a year and have been using them entirely indoors. So this past weekend I had to take them out and was confronted with the early dreaded ND filter backfocus problem. Really made a mess for us. Can we confirm that upgrading the firmware makes this problem go away? Is there anything else that I need tell Sony when I send them back? I've looked around the site but I'm not sure I found all the relevent threads. Links would be great.

Yes - from memory it was 1.05 which fixed this, but you will probably get upgraded to at least 1.11.
