Best Format For Video Projector

I have a project shot with the EX-1, in 1280p 30 , edited on Final Cut Pro using Pro Res.
My client wants to play the completed project off of a Mac laptop through a video projector.
I will deliver it to them on a data DVD or thumb drive.
They will offload it onto their hard drive.

Could someone recommend the best format to save the final projected project.
They plan on embedding it into Keynote for their presentation.
The laptop has Quicktime on it but not Pro.
Although there is talk about upgrading to the Pro version.
Thanks for the help.
