Pixel Dropout in Viewfinder
Hey Kids...
I have a little tiny (microscopic) red dot in my viewfinder. Appears to be a pixel dropout. I have to assume this happens and that it's not a really big deal? Yes? No? Maybe So? LH |

I would work through the solutions listed here:
How to Fix a Stuck Pixel on an LCD Monitor (with video) - wikiHow I've heard of people having great success repairing dead pixles on LCD Monitors. |

I think half those "tips" are likely to do more, irrecoverable damage than just simply ignoring it.
If it's just on the LCD I would ignor it. It probably won't go away but it's unlikely to get worse and it won't be harming your pictures.
