Fixing rolling shutter artifacts
If you need a shot "fixed" because the EX1/EX3's rolling shutter created an unsightly distortion, here's something that might help: The Foundry - Overview
It's an After Effects plug-in. It could prove valuable if you're trying to use "pixel flow" in AE to create a slo-mo shot. If pixel flow is used with material shot with an EX1, there's often an odd distortion. This plug-in might help. Same with match-moves, tracking, etc. I haven't tried it. Just passing the news along.

Nice but expensive, $500 for the single CPU. But it looks very interesting, I'll probably check it out and report back. Right now my JVC HM100 was the cure for those shots where I needed NO rolling shutter, but this could be helpful.
