Is there any way (settings or otherwise) to speed up the auto white function response on the EX3?

I assume you mean the auto white tracking that continuously adjust white balance . If so its just a lousy circuit that's pretty much too slow to be useable.

yes it is very, very slow for 8 grand. i have found two menu settings. does anyone know which way the settings might render it faster?
