convert XDCAm Ex to DVCPro HD
I need to deliver footage shot on my EX (1080 24P) to DVCProHD (also 1080 24P)
What's the best way to do this on a Mac - with FCP and Compressor available? |

compressor settings
from sequence>file export quicktime (can unchechk make self contained)
bring the quicktime into compressor>the preset is under apple settings>advanced format conversions, choose the codec of choice. good luck!! Gerry Last edited by Gerry Curtis; June 24th, 2009 at 01:21 AM. Reason: elaborate answer |

1. Batch them all at once in Compressor
2. Export one at a time in Quicktime Pro 3. MPEG Streamclip Test some small files and see which one is quickest.
