Ex3: Finding Firmware Version?
Hello:
I am new to the Ex3 and would like to determine which version of firmware is installed on this brand new camera. Neither a review of the accompanying manual nor a search of the menus seem to provide such information. |

I believe that is a service menu item.
Someone on this forum can probably tell you the combination to get there. I have seen it here or on another Forum. You can search Forums. But if your cam is new and works fine then I would not worry about it. You have to send your cam out to have it upgraded anyway. You could also try calling your dealer to see if he knows or he can give you a Sony Service center # to call. |

Pressing the following buttons at the same time will provide the firmware version:
Select-Cancel-Menu. |
