2 computers cannot see EX-1 by USB
2 computers cannot see my EX-1 by USB. They did two weeks ago. The EX-1 finds the computer and lets me execute the connection, but nothing now pops up on the computers. Does someone know if I messed up the setting or another fix? One machine is Windows XP, SP-3 and the othere is WIndows 7, 64x, RC. EX-1 is v 1.1.

1. Try different USB device on that USB port (computer) to make sure it's still working.
2. Did you have the switch (Power on) of the Sony EX1 on the "media" position ? |

Camera sees computor
The camera sees the computor via USB and asks permission to execute the connection. The camera then shows "commectiing" but the comuters no longer show that the camera is found nor show the USB port.

Try camera with a 3rd computer to confirm there's no issue with camera USB port.
If that works then something changed/updated on your two computers. |
