Sony ACM21 Fujinon 2/3" Lens Adapter at DVinfo.net

Help I'm shooting on the weekend...
I just bought a Sony ACM21 Fujinon 2/3" Lens Adapter for my EX3, but it won't fit and I don't want to force it...

I phone a rental house who have 5... they said they also had a problem with one of theirs.

Has anyone heard of this problem before or have a solution.

Thats very unusual for Fujinon.

You are right not to force it, just take it back to where you purchased it.

Out of curiosity, which part doesn't fit?
The lens into the adaptor or the adaptor into the camera?

The adapter to the camera... same problem as the rental house.

I tried the adapter on another EX3 and it wouldn't fit either.

I should also mention, both cameras were both new... maybe Sony has tightened their tolerances.

I have the same issue with all three of my adapters, it takes a lot of patience to get the alignment right---but when they finally pop into place, the fit is perfect. Look at it from the side and work it until it's flat. It has to do with the alignment pin at the top fitting inside that hole Last. Set the bottom first.
