Nice Paul. So how did you do the very first shot? Did you use a dolly? Handheld with a smoothcam filter in post? (tell us your secret!) hehehe

Quite easy really, I was shooting from the back of a truck, as we pulled away from the bikes I zoomed at relative speed giving the final effect.
